In Brisbane, we pride ourselves on being efficient and thorough. But we can work twice as fast (and twice as safely) if the "prep work" is handled before we arrive at your driveway in North Lakes, Sandgate, or Paddington.

1. Access: The Golden Rule

We can't clean what we can't reach. Access is the most common reason for delays in the industry.

• Gate Access: Please ensure all side gates are unlocked. If you have a keypad, feel free to text us the code on the morning of the service.
• Driveway Space: If we are performing an exterior house wash or roof clean, we’ll need space for our ute and potentially a trailer. Keeping the driveway clear allows us to set up our pumps and chemical tanks as close to the house as possible.
• Working Water Tap: This is our lifeline! Please ensure at least one external tap is functional and has good pressure. If your tap is notoriously leaky or high-pressure, let us know so we can bring the right adapters.

2. Protecting your Outdoor Living Space

Brisbane homes are built for outdoor living, but our furniture and decor aren't always "soft-wash friendly."

Furniture & Cushions

Soft washing involves specialized biocides. While safe for your home, they aren't meant for your designer outdoor cushions.

• Move it back: Please move chairs, tables, and lounges at least 2-3 metres away from the house walls.
• Cushions: Store these inside or in a garage.
• BBQs: Please ensure the lid is closed and, ideally, move it away from the wall to allow us to clean the area behind the grill.

• Dogs: Even the friendliest Labradors can get excited (or scared) by the sound of a pressure cleaner. For their safety and our efficiency, please keep pets inside or in a secure side-yard.

• Wipe the Bottom of Doors: We do our best to dry entrance areas, but please be careful walking in and out for the first hour as the thresholds can be slippery.
• Avoid Touching the Glass: Our pure-water method leaves the glass perfectly clear, but it takes about 10-15 minutes to dry completely. Touching wet "pure water" with oily fingers will leave a permanent mark until the next clean.
