We start with the property type, surfaces, access, operating hours and requested frequency. Photos may be enough for straightforward work; complex access needs a site assessment.

Do you need a site visit?
Not always. Clear photos can help with an initial scope, but a site assessment is used when access, height, roof condition or surface risk cannot be confirmed remotely.

What work may be excluded?
