How is commercial work scoped?
We start with the property type, surfaces, access, operating hours and requested frequency. Photos may be enough for straightforward work; complex access needs a site assessment.
Can several exterior services be combined?
Yes. Window cleaning, pressure cleaning, building washing, gutters, roofs and solar panels can be considered together, with each service confirmed as suitable for the site.
Do you need a site visit?
Not always. Clear photos can help with an initial scope, but a site assessment is used when access, height, roof condition or surface risk cannot be confirmed remotely.
Can you set up recurring service?
After the first paid baseline clean, we can agree the next service and manage approved scheduling in ServiceM8.
What work may be excluded?
Louvres and pool balustrades are normally excluded unless separately assessed and quoted. Internal flyscreens are cleaned only when safely removable by hand.
