If it rains within 14 days of your residential window cleaning service and your windows are affected by the rain, we will come back and re-clean them for free. No questions asked.

Does this apply to house washing?
No, the rain guarantee is specific to residential window cleaning only. House washing and other surfaces are typically not affected by rain in the same way glass is.
What if only one window is dirty?
We'll touch up whatever has been affected by the rain. Our goal is to make sure you're happy with the result.
